The truth about Confidence

Confidence has to be in the source from which things arise, not from the results that one gets.

There is a tendency for basically everyone in sports and business to ride the high of confidence when things are going well,

and to suffer the lows of confidence when things are not.

Viewing it that way, through that lens, you never really own anything.

You’re always at the mercy of how things are going.

So in order to become consistently confident, you have to be confident in something that lasts.

If confidence is not a 24/7-365 thing for you,

and it’s something that comes and goes as the results do,

you will always suffer from the variance, mood swings, and turmoils that control you via external circumstances.

It will always feel as if the circumstance happens to you,

and your so-called confidence (which is fake) will swing as a by-product, waving you as its pendulum, as you hang on with oily fists.

If confidence is just another tool like make-up, it will flush away when it rains, as it has only been the providing escape plan, having the function of a superficial mask for self-preservation.

It’s all a scam.

The only thing that lasts, the only thing that is real and genuine,

is the truth of every aspect of your life.

If you must believe in confidence, as an opinion, using it as a screwdriver to tighten the bolt, it’s not confidence.

It is yet another hair wax.

It is yet another botox.

It is yet another bluff.

It is just tattoos for self-preservation, and it doesn't even solve anything.

It will not survive nature's actuality when it hits, and it will.

So, what is confidence?

Here it is, do with it as you wish:

Confidence is whatever is left of you when the mask of falsehood has been removed.

It is what remains after you peel the outer layer of the manufactured self which you have become because of the conditioning by the exposure to society.

Confidence is its own truth.

And that is the everlasting that nobody can ever take away from you.

And it will always be available to the sincere person, no matter if the outcome goes left or right.

Defeat is impossible whatever arena, time, or circumstance because the possibility of losing is unavailable.

It is not a tool you can bring with you.
